Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm bananas

  • 1–2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional, prevents browning)

  • Optional: cinnamon or sea salt


Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and slice thin (about ⅛ inch).

  2. Toss slices lightly with lemon juice.

  3. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  4. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  5. Cook until golden and crisp (they crisp more as they cool).

  6. Cool completely before serving.


Tips

  • Use firm bananas for best chips

  • For sweeter chips, add a pinch of cinnamon

  • Store in an airtight container up to 2 days
