2 ripe but firm bananas

1–2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional, prevents browning)

Instructions

Peel bananas and slice thin (about ⅛ inch).

Toss slices lightly with lemon juice.

Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

Cook until golden and crisp (they crisp more as they cool).
