A quick, flavorful Asian-style meal packed with tender beef, colorful vegetables, and saucy noodles. Perfect for a weeknight dinner in under 30 minutes.


🥩 Ingredients

For the Stir-Fry

  • 8 oz beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

  • 6 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

  • ½ bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

For the Sauce

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tsp brown sugar or honey

  • ½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp water or beef broth


🍜 Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles
    Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the sauce
    In a small bowl whisk together:
    soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, chili flakes, and water.

  3. Cook the beef
    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
    Add sliced beef and cook 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

  4. Stir-fry the vegetables
    In the same pan add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
    Stir for 30 seconds, then add broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Cook 3–4 minutes.

  5. Combine everything
    Add cooked noodles and beef back to the pan.
    Pour in the sauce and toss everything together.

  6. Finish
    Cook another 1–2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
    Garnish with green onions.
