Caribbean Mahi Mahi with Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients:

For the Mahi Mahi:

  • 4 Mahi Mahi fillets (about 4 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

For the Sweet Potato Hash:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mahi Mahi:

    • Serve the grilled Mahi Mahi on top of the sweet potato hash and enjoy!
