Main:
- 4–6 chicken thighs or drumsticks (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 1½ cups green beans (trimmed)
Herb marinade:

Toss chicken and potatoes with most of the marinade. - Roast (first stage)
Spread chicken and potatoes on a sheet pan.
Roast for 25–30 minutes. - Add green beans
Toss green beans with remaining marinade, add to pan, and roast another 10–15 minutes. - Finish
Broil 2–3 minutes for crispy skin (optional). Rest briefly before serving.
