Instructions
- Prepare vegetables: Wash the cucumbers and tomatoes. Slice the cucumbers and onion; halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Combine: Add cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and parsley to a large bowl.
- Make dressing: Whisk Italian dressing, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, and pepper together.
- Toss: Pour dressing over the vegetables and gently toss until everything is coated.
- Season: Add salt and extra pepper to taste.
- Chill: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes so the flavors blend.
- Serve: Toss once more before serving.
