Lemon Drizzle Hi-fi tiramisu🍓🍋
We think swapping the coffee flavour for luscious lemon makes the Italian pick-me-up dessert even perkier!You can count this pud as 2½ Syns per serving if you have the Hi-fi bar as half of a Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice.5½ Syns per serving
- 2 sponge fingers, each cut into 4 chunks
- 2×115 g pot fat-free no-added-sugar lemon yogurt
- 200 g plain quark
- 2 tsp lemon curd
- 1 small unwaxed lemon juice, plus a little zest to decorate
- 2 large Lemon Drizzle Hi-fi bars, very finely chopped
- 150 g strawberries, hulled and 1 halved to decorate, the rest thickly sliced

Divide the sponge finger chunks between 2 x tall-ish 250ml glasses.

Mix the lemon juice and lemon curd in a bowl, then drizzle the mixture evenly over the sponge bases.

Mix the quark with the yogurt, then layer up the yogurt mixture and the sliced strawberries in the glasses however you fancy, adding in half of the chopped Hi-fi bars between them, about halfway up.

Top each glass with the remaining chopped Hi-fis, and decorate with the halved strawberries and the lemon zest.

Enjoy straight away or chill for up to 4 hours to let the flavours mingle.
