Ingredients (Serves 8)
- 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free, fat-free cheesecake pudding mix (instant)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large egg whites
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, pudding mix, vanilla extract, and egg whites until smooth.
- Prepare the Pan:
- Spray a 9-inch springform or pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake:
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool & Chill:
- Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
- Serve:
- Slice and enjoy as is, or top with fresh fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon, or a drizzle of zero-calorie syrup.
