Ingredients:

600 g of potatoes;

1 pack of lasagna pasta;

200 g of sliced cheese;

200 g sliced ham;

Salt to taste;

50 g of grated parmesan cheese;
For white sauce

3 tablespoons of butter;
-
4 tablespoons wheat flour;
-
6 cups (tea) of milk;
-
1 can of cream milk;
-
Salt to taste;
-
Black pepper and nutmeg to taste.

200 ml cup.
Instructions:

First, cook the potatoes in a pan with boiling water and salt, let it cook for about 5 minutes.

Shortly after the time, drain all the water and pass through a juicer and reserve.

Then, in a pan over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the flour for 2 minutes stirring.

Soon after, add the milk little by little and stir until it thickens.

Then add the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg, mix well and turn off the heat.

In a medium refractory, go interspersing layers of white sauce, pasta, mashed potatoes, ham and cheese, do like this until you finish everything and finish with pasta and sauce.

Finally sprinkle with the parmesan and take to the preheated oven for 35 minutes or until golden.

Soon after, remove and let it cool a little and serve.
