- 400g ground beef
- Salt & black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder

- 8–10 cubes mozzarella or cheddar
- 1 can biscuit dough (or pizza dough cut into pieces)

- 3 tbsp melted butter
