  • 2 ears corn, cut into rounds

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

👩‍🍳 Instructions

🔥 Oven Method (Recommended)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
2️⃣ In large bowl, toss shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn with olive oil, butter, garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, Old Bay, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3️⃣ Divide mixture evenly onto 4 large foil sheets.
4️⃣ Fold tightly to seal packets.
5️⃣ Bake 20–25 minutes, until potatoes are tender and shrimp are pink.
6️⃣ Open carefully, garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.

🔥 Grill Method

  • Grill over medium heat 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.

🔥 Air Fryer Method

  • Place packets in basket and cook at 380°F (195°C) for 12–15 minutes.

📝 Notes

  • Parboil potatoes 5 minutes if cutting large chunks.

  • Use raw shrimp only — precooked shrimp will overcook.

  • Foil packets trap juices, creating a buttery seafood boil flavor.
